Very few experiences have a path-altering kind of impact on us. Securing an internship at Karo Sambhav, a trailblazer in responsible e-waste recycling, feels like one of those interventions by fate. The cause gripped my heart, and by the end of the internship, I was resolute in my mission to create a lasting difference in this space.

Karo Sambhav recognized my strong inclination and (for me, quite unbelievably) entrusted me as their initiative leader, a role with much potential.

Since June 2022, I’ve been conducting stakeholder awareness sessions tailored for various corporate houses. These sessions provide employees and individuals insights into the dire consequences of improper e-waste recycling, guiding them through formal recycling processes and highlighting their pivotal role in the environmental welfare. This has allowed me to connect with over 1200 individuals across organizations in four states, and I’ve overseen the collection of a staggering 2000+ kgs of e-waste.
